ABOUT ME

Applying professional techniques and workflows I have learned in the entertainment industry, my focus is and always will be on authenticity.

Brand Image and Communication

I received my Bachelor of Arts in English at UC Riverside in 2007 and graduated with a degree in Graphic Design at the Montecito Fine Arts College of Design in 2009. I always respect excellent writing, communication, and forward thinking concepts.

In 2006, I won the Walter A. Henry Prize for Business Humor and Ethics essay contest.

Video producer / director

Angles and Camera Expertise

Catching some of the fastest cyclists, drivers, and cars on film is no easy task. When it counts the most, I only have a single opportunity to the capture that perfect shot at a trackside turn or finish line. Preparation and perfect execution is everything. Whether directing, writing, asking intriguing interview questions, setting up multiple camera angles, lighting, rigging, or being a certified FAA drone pilot, imagination is the limiting factor in a project’s vision.

vfx / Quality control

Visual Effects and 3D Animation

Working in the feature films industry for four and a half years, I provided visual effects, 3D stereoscopic conversion, tracking/animation, and rotoscoping to 17 titles, 10 with on screen credit. Some of these titles include: The Avengers, Pacific Rim, Guardians of the Galaxy and many others.

My keen eye help spot irregularities in VFX, scripts, frame slips, and was promoted from Compositor to Elements Quality Control.
